Shannon: York Safe was purchased by Diebold I believe in 1959. Even if the serial number could have be used to obtain the combination it could have been changed over the years. Chances are Diebold will not take the time to see if they even have records. Your only way to obtain a working combination is to hire a professional safe technician to either manipulate the safe open or open it by drilling and then repairing the safe.
