Ed: I had the same problem with my safe when I bought it very used about 40 years ago. The fellow I got it from had it lying down on the ground and we tried the combo about fifty times every variation we could think of....nothing worked until we sat it upright. Gravity plays a role in opening this safe! Hope this helps. |
