you may have an old victor safe. with your combination try this: 4 x left to your number,3 x right to your number, 2 x left to your number, and 1 x right to your number. ANY PORTION OF A NUMBER IS CALLED A TURN!! you may need to bounce the safe door in and out a little as these old safes sometimes do not let the gravity fence just drop right in as the newer safes will. if after trying the above method several times NO LUCK ,then you may need to contact a safe techician to help you.
