John, you'll probably have to pay a safe technician to get your safe open and working or buy another safe. Sentry safes provide limited protection from fire for paper, not burglary. so weigh your needs accordingly. Your endeavor might be akin to paying for a ball point pen repair. Ken Dunckel |
