Aaron try pressuring the bolt control handle first in one direction then the other while turning the dial to see if the ratcheting feel goes away. Don't have a weight to tell you but it wouldn't hurt to get it weighed before taking it into your building. Might also be helpful to find out about the floor loading capacity where you live as well as elevator capabilities. A steel plate underneath to distribute weight evenly is almost never a bad idea. |
