H.H. Edson. [on top above door] The Cary Safe Co. Ltd., Buffalo, NY [on the door] Patented Sept. 16th 1890 [on the combo dial] 30271 [on the bolt handle-face of door] Cleaning out my grandfather's business and came across this antique safe. The combination works. The inner wooden drawers are in tact. Does anyone have info on whether a historical society or muesum would be interested in a safe like this? Someone suggested taking it to a scrap yard for the money. Any information on what to do with the safe or place to market it would be great. Lee Ferenc |
