J.Baum safe, extremely large (approx. 5 1/2-6' tall x 4'wide x3' depth), outer metal casing appears to be made of a wood veneer with scrolled moldings (however it is not wood), hinges do have the acorn top, and the numbers 19226 on the door. Locking mechanism: Sargent & Greenleaf, Rochester NY, can see gears through a previously attempted drill hole, tumbler moves to right & will not move to left. Found in basement, no combination available. I understand that Jacob Baum's safes were solid iron construction insets instead of the rivoted/hinged of earlier styles. Any idea of what the safe is (personal, gun?), manufactured, etc. Any and all info. useful. Thank you.
