The key codes for a 1985, 944 would have been on a small rubber tag that came with the keys. It will also be on the ignition cylinder,(not on the housing) The code was rarely found on the trunk,glove or door locks.(sometimes found on replacement locks.) Porsche will most likely have the key records for this and keys could be ordered from the dealer. The second option would be to take the seven tumblers out of a door lock and run their numbers through a code program then get the code. This series should be VB/HV?. the bear |
