Marc: I wouldn't even mention a price for the safe if you're selling the house. You may find the buyer may not want the safe and he may actually want you to have it removed at your costs before the house closing. Just show him that it's there and it works and leave it up to him to determine later if he wants to use it. If you tell him you want "x" amount of dollars for the house and "x" amount of dollars for the safe he may just tell you "I want the house but you can have the safe" or pay to remove the safe out of your house profits..."
