Steve, even though many Victor safes are not a major challenge for those skilled in manipulation, the popular attitude among the public that drilling a safe either ruins or somehow degrades it. Many times I have opened safes by manipulation (and by drill) at the request of the owner only to discover that their safe wasn't the virgin they thought it was. It just had been properly repaired.
