how did he open it with a mere 1/4" hole? I would say 95% utmost skill and knowledge. Why he did not go for 100%, and plug up that neato little hole, I do not know. You got the pinpoint accurately serviced safe, feel good about that. Other suggestions pretty much cover how to deal with the hole. Jeff
