Bob, In many cases the value of the door doesn't mean a thing unless you're tearing the building down. I'm in the St. Louis area, and about 90% of the inquries I get on doors would involve spending more money to remove them then the door is worth. There are some exceptions, but not many. I have seen some buildings for sale in small towns where the value of the door(s) would exceed what they were asking for the entire building. |
