I have inherited a lovely steamer trunk that has a Yale & Towne "Paracentric Pin Tumbler Lock" (that's what it says on the hasp). It has a code number SW2636 stamped on it. Alas, the key is lost. Does anyone know where or how I can get a key that would work with that lock? Local locksmiths have no idea how to make one, so no luck there. Someone told me that it was a Yale key style "BR10", but that other Yale key types should work. Just nobody knows how to make a key with that code. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! |
