The short answer is: It's worth whatever someone will give you for it. It's nothing that special. There are some neighborhoods around here (Baltimore) where every house on a given block has the same safe in the wall of the master bedroom - installed by the builder as and extra selling point for the houses. If it were in pristine condition, it might fetch a two or maybe three hundred bucks from the right buyer, rehabing an old house. |
