JIm: The mark at 12 o'clock is where the combination is dialed to to open the safe. The mark to the left, at about 11 o'clock is used to change the combination. If you have the correct numbers you should be able to open it. The only mistake I see in your dialing is that you didn't mention dialing right after the third number is dialed. Dial Right after the third number until he dial comes to a stop, usually it's in the 80 to 0 range if the lock is installed properly. Dave LaBarge |
