Return to current month of Calendar

This Calendar program was installed on 9/5/98. It enables Members of ClearStar, ALOA and SAVTA to add events such as conventions, classes, seminars, etc.

Non-members may of course view the Calendar but are not permitted to add events.

If you have already logged into the restricted areas of  ClearStar then you will not be prompted again for your User-Name and Password.

To Add an event:
  • First click on the numeral of the Day on which you want the event placed.

  • A new screen will come up with one of the options being to "Add an Event".

  • Clicking on that link will provide you with a form on which to enter the appropriate data.

  • Once the info is filled in and you click on the "Post it." button - you're done.

  • The event is instantly added and you are returned to the Calendar page on which the new event now appears.

There is no way to edit an event once it's added. If you find you have entered an event with mistakes in it, you need to email the system administrator, who will remove the event for you.
